It's hard for monks to know that after 12 seconds he has to heal you for 300 so you don't die. Sure it can save your life in points, but after that 12 seconds, your life's going down the drain.
You're forgetting that Defy Pain is an adr skill. Once you charge it up the first time, you can keep it up relatively easily. And btw, Defy running out doesn't actually kill you, even if you go into negative health. Only if your health is recalculated by the game (anytime your health is modified by any non-regeneration), will you die. It's like Endure Pain on runners, if you've ever seen it.

Btw, I'm not saying it's worth running Defy Pain. There's no need for it, so I'll take Dragon Slash or Earth Shaker over it anyday

QFT; but Marty, he can't get Dragon Slash (Proph-only), so he'd have to go ES.

well your build seemed to have worked...if you insist on tanking the defy pain is pretty good...bonetti's defense is good too...for more blocking that can be kept up you can use gladiator's defense

Much <3 and thanks

Personally, I'd go with an axe build. It's true your build has synergy, but it lacks ability to inflict Deep Wound to non-fleshy enemies. And there's a decent number of those in UW.

Except the build is bad - his definition of 'brilliance' must be extremely sub par to more experienced players. Better prophecy only builds exist but it's the ignorance of new players that stop them from using them - so instead they're left believing bad builds are good, instead of good builds being great.

@ qvtkc and [DE]:

...Please... For the sake of it... Dont curse me... I admitted myself I am not the most 'pro'... Which is why I ask for help... It DID work brilliantly because I didnt die and neither did my team... That is what is good for me... If you have a build that for a warrior that only uses Prophecies and is in your eyes 'good' then please post it so I can learn from my errors.

Thank you

As has been said numerous times, 'I didn't die' means absolutely nothing about how good a build is in PvE. You could have an empty skillbar and still beat PvE, provided you don't run around like an idiot and the rest of the party has half a brain.

Sever/Gash isn't great in the UW due to the fact that quite a few enemies there don't bleed. If I were you (if you have the option) I would change to axe and run something like.

[[email protected]][executioner's [email protected]][cyclone [email protected]][distracting blow][flurry][fgj!][watch [email protected]][res sig]

Bring a zealous axe.

Or.

[Earth [email protected]][crude [email protected]][mighty [email protected]][distracting blow][flurry][fgj!][watch [email protected]][res sig]

Meh I don't UW much, if you are confident with your team then you should be able to run full offence.
